1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under these conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with seals intact.
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Final sale items (e.g., discounted/clearance products) cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially used products
Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Products purchased from third-party sellers
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
4. Return Process
Step 1:

A Return Authorization Number
Instructions for return shipping
Step 3:
Ship the product to our address (provided in instructions) with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the package.
Step 4:
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer’s responsibility:
Return shipping for change of mind/incorrect size
Our responsibility:
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 5–7 business days after we approve the return.
Bank/payment gateway processing may take an additional 3–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors).
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product:
Return the original item following our return process.
Place a new order for the desired product.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
